Biography
Daniel Rose undertook an extended process of relocating to Nashville before establishing his presence within country music. His formative years unfolded on a farm in Illinois, where he spent his youth riding horses together with his brothers. That affinity for the animals drew him into competitions featuring his horses at arena events. An instinctive performer from the start, he developed a strong attachment to country music through listening experiences shared by family members and fellow horse trainers. One particular performance of George Jones' "Horses" struck him so forcefully that it confirmed the artistic direction he intended to follow. He began composing music and assembling a handful of original pieces before reaching his twenties. Partnering with producer Clyde Brooks enabled Rose to record his eponymous CD, issued in the summer of 2002.
