Biography
Singer/songwriter Dave Nachmanoff shared the stage with folksinger Elizabeth Cotton at the age of ten. From that point he built a career that encompassed leading songwriting workshops and serving as a side musician for various artists, among them Al Stewart. His first two cassette releases, Down on the Soundfarm (1993) and Dweller on the Threshold (1994), appeared on his own Troubador label; in 1997 he issued his debut CD, Candy Shower, which was followed by the live album Snapshots (1998), A Certain Distance (2000), Threads of Time (2004), Wordless Rhymes (2005; an all-instrumental tribute to Al Stewart), and Time Before the Fall (2006).
