Biography
Based in Cincinnati, David Wolfenberger maintained an active presence in the music scene during the 1990s through his work with the Marshwiggles and Thom Scarecrow. The year 1999 saw the arrival of his first solo effort, Tales From Thom Scarecrow, which secured him the CEA Artist of the Year award.
