Deeman Ohhrite

Emerging from Atlanta, rapper and singer Deeman OhhRite, born Deeman Reid in 1997, first built visibility as an online comedian by sharing short videos across digital platforms. While producing those clips he simultaneously developed original music, concentrating on theme songs for fellow internet figures as well as his own R&B material. Tracks began appearing online as early as 2012, and his sound gradually moved away from auto-tuned R&B slow jams toward stronger rap emphasis. The 2014 release “Blessing Pt. 1” became one of the first to attract wide attention, surpassing two million streams. Steady new output followed, including the single “Just a Little” and the 2017 album Slap Crazy, which tilted further into rap territory. He issued the pop/R&B single “Let’s Get Spicy” in 2018, then in 2019 entered country-rap territory with “Err (Country Twerk),” a slow-rolling rap track that referenced tractor trailers and farms.
