Deli Girls

Hailing from New York, Deli Girls craft abrasive industrial punk laced with electronic, rave, and noise elements to produce a turbulent, anarchic sonic identity. The project ran as a duo for nearly ten years until producer Ray Kelly departed in 2022, after which co-founder and vocalist Danny Orlowski turned to fresh collaborators for later material, including the eclectic self-titled 2023 album and the single “Last Day on Earth” recorded with RXM Reality.

Deli Girls launched in 2013, Kelly supplying beats and production while Orlowski handled vocals and front-person duties. Early demos along with the 2017 album Evidence favored coldwave and abrasive industrial textures, yet the group steadily folded in electronic and noise ingredients on the 2019 release I Don't Know How to Be Happy and the bass-heavy 2020 album BOSS. Kelly exited Deli Girls in April 2022, leading Orlowski to enlist producers such as Swan Meat, Murderpact, and Hatechild for tracks on the techno-leaning self-titled album issued in 2023.
