Biography
Delroy Washington issued only a modest amount of material while active across the mid- and late 1970s, yet audiences in later decades came to recognize the underappreciated strength of his voice. Having been born in Jamaica and raised in the U.K., he made his first appearance on Front Line Records with the album I Sus in 1976, then delivered Rasta the next year. Front Line reissued both albums during the early 2000s.
