Biography
Denise Rosier aimed to transition from Christian music into mainstream pop through her album Only a Whisper Away. Although born in Japan, the vocalist grew up in California's Orange County. She trained in both dance and voice throughout her childhood. Together with some friends, she launched a folk band in 1990 and began performing. That same year marked her entry into rock music via membership in the group Innocent. She ultimately chose to focus on a solo recording career.
