Robert Alexander Etheridge, a London-based producer and DJ, produces anthemic, poppy drum'n'bass as Dimension. Bright synth melodies drawn from '80s sources, surging smooth breaks, and urgent vocals—both sampled and original—define the tracks. A U.K. chart hit arrived in 2018 via his Sub Focus collaboration "Desire," and the debut full-length Organ followed in 2021 to top the U.K. dance chart. Euphoric singles have continued, among them 2024's "Angel" with Sub Focus, NGHTMRE, and Mougleta.

Etheridge founded the drum'n'bass label Regal Records in 2010 and issued tracks by artists including Ben Kama and Ad Gannon. Releases under the Dimension name began in 2012 with the "Digital World" single on Cyantific Records. Drum'n'bass DJs such as Andy C. and Noisia quickly took notice, prompting additional 12"s on Cyantific as well as spots on multiple UKF Music/AEI Music compilations. Dimension joined Chase & Status' MTA label by the end of 2014 and delivered "Love to Me," which earned heavy BBC Radio 1 airplay. Further MTA tracks in 2015 included the hits "Whip Slap" and "Dark Lights," and Dimension supplied remixes for acts beyond drum'n'bass such as house producer Duke Dumont.

The 2017 Wilkinson collaboration "Rush" preceded a silver-certified U.K. chart hit with the 2018 Sub Focus-produced single "Desire." Fabric released the mix CD Fabriclive 98 the same year. Numerous singles appeared on Dimension's own label, and the first album Organ arrived in 2021 featuring guests including Liam Bailey, Culture Shock, and Sharlene Hector. The release reached the top spot on the U.K. dance albums chart. Dimension and Sub Focus reunited on 2022's "Ready to Fly," a nod to U.K. hardcore. "Where Do We Go" featuring Poppy Baskcomb and "DJ Turn It Up" surfaced in 2023. The 2024 single "Satellite" paired Dimension with Alison Wonderland, while "Angel" again united Sub Focus, NGHTMRE, and Mougleta.
