Emerging from the expanding operations of Taz's Dirty Down Records Lab, the Dirty South Divas form a pair of explicit female rappers who share the Florida environment that also produced sassy gangsta rapper Khia. Their lyrics deliver raw commentary on neighborhood matters such as street credibility and sex, the latter serving as their dominant focus, casting the duo as a raunchy, bratty team backed by smooth, funky production from Taz and his associates, all former LaFace Family producers.
