Biography
Memphis-based rapper Tom Skeemask joined forces with producer DJ Squeeky for his debut LP, tapping into the producer’s earlier work that encompassed both the underground hit Young Southern Playaz compilation series and DJ Squeeky and the Family on a Mission. Once Relativity signed the pair, they delivered DJ Squeeky Presents: Tom Skeemask, 2 Wild for the World in 1998, with During the Mission arriving two years afterward.
