Doctor Jeep

Operating as Doctor Jeep, Andre Lira functions as a Brazilian-American DJ and electronic dance music producer rooted in Brooklyn. While still enrolled in college he launched his professional DJ career, swiftly earning notice for blending an array of American and British dance styles that encompass dubstep, drum'n'bass, minimal, techno, jungle, and garage. Since the early 2010s he has performed at leading clubs and festivals across North America and Europe, received coverage in Resident Advisor, Pitchfork, and DJ Mag, and issued dozens of singles and EPs through international outlets including SPE:C, Trouble & Bass, and Tumble Audio, in addition to operating his own imprint, DRX. The EP Mecha, issued in July 2024 on the Colombian label TraTraTrax, stands as his most recent release.
