Biography
The electronic pop duo DollsHead formed around California-born vocalist Sierra Swan and Scottish bassist Graham Edwards, whose partnership originated in 1997 after an unplanned jam at a Los Angeles studio. Their sound blended elements of alternative rock with electronica, and the pair made their first appearance that same year via the single "It's Over, It's Under," featured on the soundtrack for the film The Jackal. The full-length debut album Frozen Charlotte arrived in 1998, yet the group split up prior to 2000. Swan moved forward independently, issuing the solo release Ladyland in 2006, while Edwards focused on production and songwriting within the Matrix, widely recognized as one of contemporary pop’s leading teams.
