Biography
The quartet Dreamers of the Ghetto, an indie/dream/electro-stadium outfit bound by family ties, makes its home in Bloomington, Indiana, and draws on the contributions of brothers Luke and Jonathan Jones, Luke’s spouse Lauren Jones, and Marty Sprowles. Their approach merges fervent tight harmonies and elevated choruses with expansive anthems that echo the stadium-scale force of U2 and Coldplay while incorporating the unvarnished introspection associated with the National and the xx. Temporary Residence issued the group’s first full-length album, Enemy/Lover, in October 2011.
