Installation 003
E2024
Biography
Hailing from California, DSTRCT approaches rap with fierce ambition and resolve. Serving as the opening track from his first EP, Installation001, the 2022 release "O.T." outlines his relentless push toward recognition and accomplishment.
Rock dominated DSTRCT's early listening, prompting him to lay down initial recordings on a laptop until hip-hop captured his attention during high school. Once he exited college, he committed to rapping on a full-time basis, which eventually drew the notice of prominent producer Mustard and led to a deal with 10 Summers Records. The single "O.T." arrived in November 2022 ahead of Installation001.
