Dungeon

Lord Tim Grose, who handles vocals, guitar, and keyboards, fronts the Australian power metal outfit Dungeon, which he launched in 1989 inside the remote outback settlement of Broken Hill. Over the ensuing decades he has guided the group through a steady turnover of supporting musicians. Rooted in longstanding European power-metal conventions that feature soaring vocal lines, melodic guitar work, driving double-bass drumming, and mystical subject matter, the band’s output has appeared on various independent labels and comprises the 1996 album Demolition, 1999’s Resurrection, A Rise to Power from 2002, and One Step Beyond issued in 2005.
