Biography
Originating from the Lone Star State, singer/songwriter Eric Pulido created E.B. The Younger as his outlet for solo work, while simultaneously fronting the Denton folk-rock band Midlake and joining the indie supergroup BNQT. Drawing from sources as varied as Joni Mitchell, Wings, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Eagles, and Cat Stevens, he recruited Midlake colleagues Joey McClellan for electric guitar, McKenzie Smith for drums, and Jesse Chandler for flute, along with Dallas session players Daniel Creamer on keyboards and Beau Bedford, also of the Texas Gentlemen, likewise on keyboards, to shape his airy first solo effort. Issued on Bella Union in March 2019, that album carries the name To Each His Own.
