Biography
The production reins for this Chicago ensemble were held by Carl Davis, an individual already recognized for his partnerships with Tyrone Davis. Pamela Tanner and Tony Roberts handled vocals, supported by guitarist Lloyd Thomas, keyboardists Michael Woods and George Dennie, bassist Lester Johnson, and drummer Dwayne Gavin. The lineup nevertheless yielded no enduring or stylistically coherent body of work. Their only chart entry arrived in 1975 when the single "How's Your Wife" briefly touched the lower reaches of the R&B rankings.
