Biography
This English composer and countertenor happened to marry Catherine Coleman, the first woman documented as having performed in an English theatrical production. After the restoration she participated in multiple stage works and held a post in the court of Charles II. Several of his pieces were included in the collections "Select Musicall Ayres and Dialogues" and "The Musical Companion".
