Biography
Formed toward the close of the 1980s, the US rock band Electric Angels included Jonathan Daniel on bass, John Schubert on drums, Ryan Roxie on guitar, and Shane—formerly the singer of Candy—handling vocals. Their guttural, sleazy rock approach, clearly echoing Hanoi Rocks, first appeared on the self-titled Atlantic Records debut issued in 1990. Despite Tony Visconti’s production, the effort yielded little of substance from its set of undistinguished songs.
