Biography
Since the early 1990s, DJ Electric Indigo has made important contributions to the dance music scenes across Germany and Vienna. Her activities have encompassed a stint as staff at Berlin's Hardwax shop as well as the creation of Female Pressure, an organization formed to facilitate exchange and support among women active as DJs, producers, and in related roles. Various productions of her own appeared on labels including Disko B and Mental Groove across the late 1990s and early 2000s, while the mix album The New Electro came out via Human in 2003.
