Biography
After Desolation Wilderness, the Olympia, WA-based band, disbanded, its lead singer Nic Zwart launched recordings under the Electric Sunset moniker. Drawing from the dreamy, reverb-laden approach of his prior group, he assembled a set of pop tracks layered with reverberation, auto tune embellishments, and synth washes that recalled the work of the Bridal Shop, Miracle Fortress, and Houses. K Records issued the self-titled debut full-length by Electric Sunset in fall 2010.
