Biography
Actress and singer Ellen Foley first rose to prominence by lending her voice opposite Meat Loaf on his epic song, "Paradise by the Dashboard Light." The exposure secured her a deal with Epic Records, which issued three albums whose direction reflected the input of her boyfriend at the time, Mick Jones of the Clash, who produced the sessions and wrote much of the second album, Spirit of St. Louis. Foley has also worked in films and on television.
