Biography
An intercontinental project fusing abstract, deconstructed electronics with traditional Ugandan instruments, Ennanga Vision originated from the partnership of London-based producer Jesse Hackett of Owiny Sigoma Band and singer/multi-instrumentalist Albert Ssempeke. Northern Ugandan legend Otim Alpha and Acholi wedding singer Geoffrey Opiyo Twongweno supplied further contributions. Playfully combining Ugandan musical traditions with modern electronic experimentation, the music delivers trippy, lively, and colorful results. Soundway issued the self-titled debut full-length in 2017.
