Biography
Enshadowed, a black metal outfit from Greece, originated from the vision of Necrotormentor, who handled both guitar and vocals. He established the group in 1998, enlisting Lord Acheron on bass and keyboards along with Impaler on drums to lay down the initial demo recordings titled "Dethroned" and "Reign of Terror." Subsequent local performances alongside Ancient Rites and various other acts from the area and abroad took place, accompanied by multiple shifts in lineup that preceded the release of their aggressive first full-length record, Messengers of the Darkest Dawn, in 2002. For the follow-up effort, the 2003 two-part conceptual release Intensity, solely Necro—now using a simplified name—remained from the prior configuration, joined by Snegodron handling vocals, Psychaos on guitar, Diastropheus on bass, and Vitast Nemesis on drums.
