Biography
In the early 1990s the British doom metal duo Eterne came together when singer/guitarist David Dando and keyboardist/programmer Martyn Lear joined forces. They had initially operated under the name Eldritch, a choice made in tribute to the Sisters of Mercy. Their demo The Endless drew early interest and secured a deal with Candlelight Records. The full-length Still Dreaming appeared in 1994. Two years later Eterne returned with Deadauthor.
