Biography
The year 2016 saw Canadian duo FDLER arrive with a fusion of traditional Celtic fiddle and modern percussive production. Juno Award-winning fiddler Ashley MacIsaac and percussionist-producer Jay "Sticks" Andrews make up the pair. MacIsaac and Andrews crafted a world fusion sound on their self-titled FDLER project by merging lively fiddle with electronic and hip-hop beats, evoking Lindsey Stirling performing with Celtic Woman on a Groove Armada remix. Canadian electronic quartet Neon Dreams produced the duo's first single, "Make It Easy."
