Foehn

Debbie Parsons records under the artistic alias Foehn. A period spent with Third Eye Foundation preceded her move into solo work. Inside out Eyes reached listeners in 1997, after which Silent Light appeared as the immediate successor, followed in turn by Hidden Cinema Soundtrack. All of her material takes shape inside her own home, where contemporary technology merges with acoustic sources to produce an unconventional assembly of samples, loops, guitar, drums, cello, piano, and further instruments.
