Biography
In 1971 singer/songwriter Frank de Pina launched his debut ensemble, Os Vulcanios, alongside his brothers. He later settled first in Portugal and ultimately in Boston, the city that remains his home and performance base. De Pina’s sets continue to feature both sentimental morna ballads and upbeat coladeira dance pieces.
