Biography
His education encompassed studies at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music as well as the Center for Contemporary Music at Mills College. As both pianist and flutist, he hosted the weekly radio program Blank Spot Punch on KPFA-FM in Berkeley, California, from 1975 through 1979. He also developed innovative computer programming for visual arts, CD-ROM design, and industrial communications.
