Biography
Furious Styles derive their name from the character played by Laurence Fishburne in the film Boyz N the Hood. Although the group presents itself as a traditional New York City hardcore act, its members actually come from Seattle. After forming in 2006 the band toured extensively and issued two albums on Eulogy Recordings, Life Lessons in 2007 and Menace in 2008. The lineup that remained afterward included vocalist Michael Torres, guitarists Harris Richardson and Rick Powell, bassist Kyle Robinson, and drummer Miles Ezra Freeborn.
