Biography
Born and raised in Connecticut, Gabriel Dorman picked up the violin when he turned eight. Seven years afterward, he abandoned the instrument and instead developed a deep interest in the guitar. Upon earning his college degree in history, Dorman relocated to New York City, where he performed acoustic guitar sets in multiple venues. Meeting Lili Anel sparked a collaboration that led to a recording contract on her Palmetto label. With Anel contributing vocal harmonies, he issued Give That Dog Some Peace. In 1997, Kissing Sisters came next.
