Biography
Mill City Music in Minneapolis has brought Geoff Bartley's debut effort, Blues Beneath the Surface, back into circulation, this time expanded by five additional tracks. Following an extended absence, Bartley re-emerged in 1998 through the release of One Kind Word, and Hear That Wind Howl arrived the subsequent year.
