Biography
Russian R&B vocalist George Hodos maintained a longstanding ambition to pursue pop music, even though his training centered on opera and theatrical performance. He spent multiple years traveling throughout Russia with a children’s opera troupe before enrolling at The Russian Academy of Theatre Arts. His first album, The Voice, arrived in 2007 and highlighted his tender, expressive voice, propelling him to stardom within Russia. Expanding into the American market became his subsequent objective. For this purpose, he created Just a Man, a 2010 collection of adult contemporary R&B that marked his initial release on U.S. soil. The project opened with its title track, crafted by the Alumni and including a contribution from Snoop Dogg.
