Biography
Glories operate as a five-piece instrumental post-rock ensemble headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. The group originated in 2011 when drummer Adam Blevins, keyboardist Brandon C. Jones, bassist Eric Kimbrell, and guitarists Dallas Kelley and Zach Cooner joined forces, shaping an expansive, gradually intensifying style that echoes the approach of Explosions in the Sky and Caspian. Their first album, Mother Reverb, arrived in 2013, with the next LP, Put the Beast Out of Mind, appearing two years later.
