Biography
In their pursuit of organitronic instro hip-hop, Gonervill blends eerie yet soulful tunes alongside the precise turntable techniques of DJ Eddie Def, who participates in both Space Travelers and El Stew. Comprising the group are percussionist Brain, previously associated with Primus and Praxis while holding the drumming position in Guns N' Roses, together with Extrakd handling bass duties and sharing ties to El Stew. Their 2001 self-titled release incorporated guitar work from M.I.R.V. of the Limbomaniacs along with input by Bill Laswell and Buckethead.
