Harry G

Markus Stoll performs under the stage name Harry G as a German comedian whose material lampoons everyday existence throughout his home region of Bavaria. Upper Palatinate is his birthplace, while Regensburg is where he spent his formative years; after completing studies in business administration he launched an independent marketing agency, simultaneously uploading brief comedic sketches to YouTube. Widespread recognition arrived via a 2013 video in which the Harry G character served as an irreverent tour guide skewering Oktoberfest traditions. Stoll next transferred the persona to stage venues, where it quickly established him as a sought-after cabaret performer across Germany. Broadcast work soon followed, beginning with regular contributions to the late-night talk show Grünwald Freitagscomedy in 2015 and extending to guest appearances on the series Die Rosenheim-Cops and München 7 in 2016. Sony Music Entertainment issued a live recording of the show Leben mit dem Isarpreiß the same year.
