Biography
Havayoth came into being in Sweden after Borknagar vocalist Andreas Hedlund joined forces with his Vintersorg bandmate Marcus Norman, who contributes guitars, keyboards, and programming while also belonging to Bewitched, in order to launch a fresh gothic rock venture. Their partnership produced the 2000 album His Creation Reversed, an unexpectedly approachable recording on which the duo, joined by bassist Morgan Hansson, explored majestic and atmospheric dreamy goth textures that retained only faint traces of the heavy metal approach they normally favored.
