Biography
Heart of Sun emerged from an encounter between Gianluca Ferro and Mark Vikar. The progressive psychedelic metal group filled out its roster by bringing in Davide Betelli, Sigfrido Percich, and singer Pino Tozzi. Soon after forming, the ensemble inked an agreement with the Swiss imprint Galileo Records, along with an arrangement through Nightmare Records to handle broader international reach. Galileo Records then put out the act's first full-length effort, which bore the straightforward name Heart of Sun, during August 2007.
