Biography
Her Majesty & the Wolves, a conceptual electro-pop duo, unites former Pussycat Dolls member Kimberly Wyatt with Jupiter Rising MC/producer Spencer Nezey. The two established the project in Los Angeles during 2010, drawn together by aligned creative sensibilities while collaborating on Wyatt’s first solo record. Taking cues from the Antipodean electro approach of Ladyhawke, Empire of the Sun, and Sia, they initially offered the track “Glaciers” as a free download on their site, then followed with the release of their debut official single, “Stars in Your Eyes.” Scheduled to arrive in late 2011, the duo’s first album is framed by its creators as a “bigger-than-life postmodern fairy tale of pop music.”
