Horace Noonkowics serves as the driving force behind Horse Noodles and its offbeat electronic creations. Regardless of whether that name reflects an actual person, the project’s sonic output unquestionably originates in Van Nuys, CA. The self-titled Horse Noodles debut surfaced in 2004 via the Lunatic Works label.
