Hus Mozzy

Sacramento-based artist Hus Mozzy, born Quintin B. Joyner, Jr., leads Mozzy Records as CEO while overseeing the Mozzy Clothing line. He directs the Mozzy crew, whose roster features rapper Mozzy alongside E-Mozzy and in-house producer Juneonnabeat. A guest spot came on Digla Baby’s gritty 2015 track “California Dream’n,” built around a New Jack City sample. The 2016 mixtape Mozzy Is the Motive showcased contributions from crew members and associates including Celly Ru, Leezy Lyfe, E-Mozzy, and Bruce Banna. Later that summer Hustle God appeared, followed by the single “Fuck Em We Ball,” with Free the Gang Bang arriving several months afterward. In 2017 Hus issued the track “Most High,” included on his EP Middleland Misfit.
