Biography
In the early 1990s Blame and Justice launched their partnership, ranking among the top figures in intelligent jungle production together with their enduring associate L.T.J. Bukem. Following several singles on Moving Shadow, the pair established the Modern Urban Jazz imprint and delivered the first Icons album, Emotions with Intellect, in 1996.
