Biography
For numerous years II BIG has delivered its own hard rock originals on stage while opening for national acts such as Foghat, Loverboy, and Ricky Skaggs. Guitarist and songwriter Eddy Ottenstein forms the core of the group, which also includes guitarist and singer Aubrey Hansen, keyboardist Tom Hansen, bassist Steve Lamun, and drummer Ken Ingels. Eddy Ottenstein spent years as a touring musician alongside Van Morrison, Boz Skaggs, Steve Miller, and the Grateful Dead, among others. The band’s established draw on the touring circuit has made it a favorite with classic rock fans, leading to continued album releases that retain the vintage rock sound responsible for its dependable live performances.
