The I'll Take You There Choir delivers an inspiring approach to gospel-infused choral sounds. Their name first emerged in 2024 through ties to the major Marvel franchise film Deadpool & Wolverine, where the group supplied choral vocals for Madonna's "Like a Prayer," a track featured in the movie yet excluded from its official soundtrack. Warner Records responded by releasing the Deadpool & Wolverine: Madonna's "Like a Prayer" EP. The Choir Version, the sole rendition without Madonna, gained traction with tens of millions of streams and reached number two on the Billboard TikTok Top 50.
