Biography
The Atlanta pop-punk outfit In Stereo unveiled its first release, the EP Death Before Emo, during June 2005, thereby defining the quartet’s audacious handling of the style with special focus on its tuneful side. Formed only four months earlier in February from the leftover pieces of two hometown groups, Nuclear Saturday and Lights Out, In Stereo was still newly minted at the time. The membership comprised vocalist/guitarist Jesse Cole, guitarist Marc McClusky, bassist Josh Baker, and drummer Tom Bruno.
