Liechtenstein is her birthplace, though Santol has called Vienna, Austria home since adolescence while pursuing acting and vocal work from early childhood onward. Her recorded debut arrived in 2008 via the Great American Songbook project The Love Recordings, with the 2011 follow-up London Affairs spotlighting pianist Julian Joseph. The 2015 single "What's Your Story, What's Your Jive" reimagined the 1937 Fletcher Henderson composition, after which the wedding-themed standalone track "Sie" appeared the next year. Also in 2016, Santol revisited the 1930s standard "Say It with a Kiss," originally penned by Johnny Mercer and Harry Warren.
