Biography
After the experimental rock unit Hieronymus Firebrain dissolved, Jack & Jill assembled by reuniting vocalist/guitarist Jonathan Segel with drummer Russ Blackmar and bringing bassist Jane Thompson into the fold. The resulting trio issued its first recording, Chill and Shrill, in 1995 and returned two years later with Fancy Birdhouse.
