Biography
Janis Figure, the punkabilly outfit from Minneapolis, Minnesota, merges the cocky strut of 1950s rock with punk’s disdainful edge. The band came together in 1997 and issued several 7-inch singles plus a complete album on Flak Records before unveiling Damage Control in 2000 via the independent label Owned and Operated.
