Jason Kane

Having recently earned his degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Jason Kane now focuses on concert promotion through his role at New Park Entertainment in Philadelphia, PA. While enrolled at UPenn he hosted the weekly program “The Enlightenment” and supplied occasional album critiques to the student magazine “34th Street.” Eclectic listening habits lead him to keep discs by John Coltrane, the Pixies, and Orbital spinning together in his changer. Eager to maintain an outlet for creative expression, he joins fellow musicians across the Philadelphia area on whatever instrument the session requires or makes available. His long-term goal is to found and direct a record label that champions genuinely original and motivating artists.
