Biography
Joe Rathbone, a Philadelphia native, launched his folk-rock path as a singer and songwriter in 1998 after stepping away from his wedding singer role to focus on original material. His debut solo album surfaced late in 1999, leading to nonstop performances across the New York City region, where he continues working as a music teacher. Work on his second album got underway in 2001.
